Marine Parmentier holds a specialised graduate degree in business law from University of Paris XII and École de la médiation of the Paris Bar. She has practiced law since 2004.
Marine Parmentier assists her clients by both advising and defending them in all issues regarding real estate:
- Commercial leases: negotiation, drafting and litigation of commercial leases. Advice to property managers, in particular for audit and litigation involving leases;
- Residential leases: litigation involving leases (vacations; recovery of unpaid rent; works);
- Construction / works: audit and drafting of contracts; preventive urgent proceedings; legal expertise; builders' liability and construction insurance;
- Coownership: works, raising the height of the building; preparation for and assistance at general meetings (GA); contesting GA; claims; litigation involving the SDC; recovery of condominium fees ;
- Real estate transactions: audit and litigation, with specific expertise in litigation related to rental property (Pinel; LMP; LMNP; Malraux, Duflot, Scellier, CensiBouvard, Monuments historiques, Land deficit);
- Urban planning: audit and litigation of urban planning authorizations.
Regarding associations involvment, Marine Parmentier co-chairs the Real Estate Law Commission of the Association des avocats conseil d'entreprises (ACE) and heads the Real Estate and Digital workshop of the Association pour le développement de l'informatique juridique (ADIJ). She is a member of the National Chamber of Experts in Co-ownership (CNEC) and one of the founding members of the Avomédiation association, which brings together attorneys who assist in mediation.
Editorially, she is the scientific director of the Gazette du Palais - Real Estate Law (Lextenso) and of the digital book on co-ownership law (Lexbase). She is also editor-in-chief of the Revue de l'ACE.
